Fresh Greens Tossed in a Balsamic Vinaigrette

Rustic French Baguette & Foccacia     

Gypsy Bistro's Creamy Polenta served with INTERCOASTAL Pinot Noir reduction chicken ragu (mushroom sauce with a chardonnay reduction available upon request at time of reservation)

Cheesecake drizzled with a Pinot Noir strawberry reduction

Tickets inlcude one glass of wine per person  

Additional wine available for purchase    

The fruit for this hand crafted wine comes from our vineyard on Grand Island, where warm breezy summer days, cool evenings, and a rich fertile soil helped to create this delicious Pinot Noir!  Dominant fruit flavors include red raspberry to cherry with a hint of vanilla. The tannins are delicate and rounded with a smooth lengthy finish.
