Barre is a low-impact, heart-pumping, full-body workout set to upbeat music.  This special class will be instructed by Leslie Bayers of Park West Pilates and will combine elements of Pilates, yoga, and functional training to build strength, endurance, stability, and flexibility. With barrels spaced six feet apart, we will observe physical distancing in the great outdoors!  Bring your own yoga mat, or purchase our 100% sustainable custom cork mat!
